How to unlink OneDrive

Note: Before unlinking your OneDrive (desktop app), confirm your files are synced in your OneDrive (online). To do this, sign into your MyApps portal, click on the ellipses (…) in the upper left corner, and then click on OneDrive. Confirm any recent changes have synced across and that all files are present. If something is missing or out of date, do not perform the steps below. 

 

  1. Click on the OneDrive cloud icon in your computer's notification area.  

  1. Confirm your files are synced.  

  1. Click on the OneDrive Help and Settings icon

  1. Click on Settings

  1. Go to the Account tab. 

  1. Select Unlink this PC
