We are currently aware of intermittent issues with the connectivity between the AppSpace application and BrightSign players resulting in the information in AppSpace not always being sent to the BrightSign devices. We are working to resolve this issue but do not yet have an ETA.
Microsoft has the following issue as a known issue.
