- From the Sign In page, select “Forgot Password”
- Enter your username (this will be your email address you used to create your account)
- Click “Request Password”
- Please read the message provided on the screen. You do not have to click “Login”.
- Check your email for a welcome letter, and click the hyperlink provided.
- Enter a new password and confirm it a second time by entering it again.
- Click “Save Password”
- Congratulations, you have reset your password and are now ready to continue your application or create a new one.
