Resetting your MyCampus Password

 

  1. Go to  www.northwoodtech.edu and click on MyCampus
  2. Enter your email address, click next, and then click on Forgot my Password
    Note:  To use Forgot my Password, you will need to know either the cell phone or personal email provided when you enrolled, or previously setup recovery options via the first-time user login process Link

    If not, you will need to submit a MyHelp ticket to assist with password recovery.  

     
    Note:  You will only see verification options for authentication methods (phone, email, authenticator app) previously configured.

     
  3. Enter your @northwoodtech.edu email in the first box (red rectangle), and then enter the characters from the CAPTCHA in box 2 (red arrow)
     
     
  4. Select the phone number or email from the left that you provided during registration or when setting up your account recovery options.  
     
  5. Enter the full value for the email address or phone number
  6. Enter the value sent to your phone or email.
  7. Enter your new password.  Your new password must be 13 or more characters long.  
  8. Once complete, you will be able to login to your MyCampus account.
