While trying to access MyNorthwoodTech for class registration, you might get an error stating an account already exists, no student found, incorrect account information, or more. There are a couple of quick things you can check.
- Make sure your Caps Lock is off.
- Turn off your pop-up blocker (Help Article Available)
- Try using the Sign-on Assistance icon if you are a brand new student
If you try all of those and still can't access MyNorthwoodTech and register, make a quick call and ask for Student Services on the campus where the class will be held.
