     Each web browser has a feature built in to block pop-ups.  This feature is quite helpful in reducing ads or spam while browsing online.  However, it can become a problem within Blackboard, MyNorthwoodtech, Cengage, and other applications you'll need to use while attending college.

 

     You will need to create what are called "exceptions," basically a list of websites that are OK for pop-ups.  Follow the links below for the browser you are currently using on your computers.
