When testing websites or troubleshooting user issues, opening the site in an Incognito (Chrome)or InPrivate (Edge/Firefox) window provides a clean, controlled environment. This will help us determine if the issue is with your account or if it lies within your browser. These modes will:
- Bypass saved cache, cookies, and sessions, showing the most up-to-date version of the site.
- Prevent auto-login, allowing you to test as a first-time or anonymous user.
- Run separately from your main browser session; great for checking different accounts or user roles.
- Disable most browser extensions, helping isolate potential conflicts.
Tip: If a site works in Incognito/InPrivate window, but not in your regular window, the issue is likely related to cached data, cookies, or browser extensions. Click here for instructions on how to clear your cache/cookies/temporary internet files.
