How to change profile photo in O365

 

  1. Open MS Word, Excel, or Powerpoint desktop app and click on your profile photo in the upper right corner. In the drop-down menu choose “Office User Info”.

 

 

 

  1. Under your Account information choose “Change Photo”

 

 

 

 

 

  1. On the next screen click on the camera icon next to your profile photo and browse to the photo you would like to use as your profile photo.

 

 

  1. You have completed updating or adding a profile photo.
