Phone Updates
We’re upgrading our phone system and moving numbers from Lumen to Microsoft Teams. During the transition, you may experience minor, temporary calling or routing issues. If you do, please allow up to two hours, then reboot your phone to help refresh the connection.

  1. In your MyCampus portal, click on your profile picture 
     

  1. Click on View Account 
     

Note: You might be prompted to use your default MFA method to proceed to the next steps.  

 

 

  1. Under the Security Info tab click on Update Info 

 

 

  1. You can view your available Multifactor Authentication options 

 

 

  1. You can click on Add sign-in method to add additional MFA methods to your account
