Important! Follow the steps in this article ONLY if you are prompted for “more information required” after completing First-Time Login: MyCampus (College Account).
- Click next when you see the screen “More information required”.
- You can choose from the following options:
1) “Download now” to get the Microsoft Authenticator app. Click [Next] after downloading/installing the app.
2) “I want to set up a different method” to use your phone number (call or text).
Note: If you choose “Skip setup”, you will not be able to complete MFA, recover your account, or reset your password and will need to submit a MyHelp ticket for assistance.
- Follow the on-screen step-by-step instructions for the recovery method you selected.
- Once complete, you will see the following image with the selected recovery type.
