How do I connect to class using BlueJeans?

How to join using the BlueJeans app:

 

  • Click on the BlueJeans link provided by your instructor (the link will open in your default browser, if the meeting isn't loading copy and paste the meeting URL into a different browser)
  • If you have the BlueJeans app already installed it should open automatically, if it doesn't you can click on "LAUNCH THE APP"
  • If you don't have the BlueJeans app installed, you can install it by clicking on "DOWNLOAD AGAIN" and download/install the app for your computer system

 

 

  • Turn on your camera and mute your microphone for the start of class (unmute your mic to speak)
  • Click on "CHANGE CAMERA/MICROPHONE" to select which web cam and microphone to use
  • Click "JOIN MEETING" to connect to your class

 

 

How to join using a web browser:

 

  • Click on the BlueJeans link provided by your instructor (the link will open in your default browser, if the meeting isn't loading copy and paste the meeting URL into a different browser)
  • Click the "JOIN WITH BROWSER" option shown below (if prompted, install the browser plug-in)

  • Choose to enable both your camera and mic as shown below:

  • Next select your computer audio options and click "Join Meeting"
