Pickup Device 

Ensure you complete these steps before leaving campus.

1. Stop by iTLC or the IT Service Desk to pick up your laptop.
   • This varies depending on the location you are picking up the laptop.
2. Enter your Northwood Tech ID number and Password.
3. Tap Enter.
4. Once you get home, you can connect the laptop to your home internet. 

Device mailed to you

1. Connect the device to your home Wi-Fi.
   1. From the login screen, click  in the lower right-hand corner.
   2. Choose your home network.
   3. Enter your password for your home network.
2. Click the Icon below (from the device login screen).
   
    
3. Enter your Northwood Tech ID number and password.
   Click OK.
   
    
4. Return to the login screen,
5. Enter your ID number and Password.
6. Tap Enter.
