There are several easy ways to get in touch with MyHelp—choose the one that works best for you. To ensure the fastest resolution, please include your full name, Northwood Tech ID, Northwood Tech email, and an alternate email address with your request.  Here are a few tips to ensure we have everything we need to assist you and your issue as quickly as possible.

 

  • Email: Keep an eye on your spam or junk folder, as replies may end up there.
  • Portal: Double-check that you’ve entered the correct email address and included all the information listed above.
  • Voicemail: Speak slowly and clearly so we can capture all the details needed to return your call.

 

To help us resolve your issue as fast as possible, we kindly ask that you use just one method per request. Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue can cause delays and confusion.
