HappyFox is currently experiencing an issue that is preventing email notifications from being sent for certain ticket categories. We are actively working with their support team to resolve the problem and will share updates as soon as they become available.

Screen time-out issue-
Some users may experience an issue that causes their computer to log them out after 1 minute, even while they are actively working. A fix has been deployed, that may require a reboot of the device to complete.
