Microsoft has the following issue as a known issue.
If you are experiencing this issue, please submit a ticket for assistance.
From 12/24 to 1/1, the college will be closed for the Holidays. During this time the Help Desk will not be staffed. We will reply to your ticket on 1/2, when the college reopens during our normal support hours.
