Setting a default browser in Windows 11

 

  1. Open the Start Menu and select Settings
  2. In Settings, select Apps on the left side of the window.

  1. Select Default apps on the right side of the window.

  1. Select the browser you would like as your default.  In this example we are going to set Google Chrome as our default.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Click on Set default.  Your default browser will now be Google Chrome. The window can now be closed.
