How to fix Adobe Acrobat DC issues

If you are receiving a prompt for a license key when opening Adobe Acrobat DC, please follow steps 1 & 2 below.

If you are receiving a prompt to log into Adobe Acrobat DC, see step 2.

Step 1:

Updating Adobe Acrobat DC 2022 using Software Center

Open Software Center (located on lower right of taskbar

Click on the Adobe Acrobat DC 2022 (NUL) icon and install.

If you are only receiving a prompt to sign into Adobe Acrobat.  Follow the instructions below.

Step 2:

Adobe Acrobat Single Sign On steps. 

When Adobe Acrobat DC is launched for the first time.  You will need to enter your Northwoodtech email and select Continue.
