Overview
This article walks staff and faculty through reviewing and updating personal information within Anthology. Employees can use Anthology to manage certain personal details on their own, including mobile phone numbers, secondary email addresses, and professional profile images.
Some information, such as emergency contacts, dependents, beneficiaries, identification numbers, and direct deposit details, requires additional security and verification. Requests to update those items must be submitted through the appropriate service request to ensure information is handled safely and accurately.
Prerequisites
Before updating your information in Anthology, please make sure you have:
- An active Northwood Tech employee account
- Access to your Northwood Tech username and password
- Access to multi-factor authentication (MFA), if prompted during sign-in
- A device with internet access
- Any updated contact information or profile photo ready before beginning the process
- Appropriate file format and image quality for professional profile photos, if uploading a new image
Instructions
Review Your Information
- Click Anthology Employee Self Service, from My Apps.

- Click Edit personal details.

- Use the Addresses and Contact details tabs to view your information.
Contact Details
To Edit Address, Personal Contacts, Identification numbers, or Payment methods, please submit a request with Talent & Culture .
- Click Contact details.
- Highlight the field you want to edit.
Click Edit.

- Click Add.

- Fill in the necessary Information
Click OK.

Image
- Click Image.
Click Upload new image.- Profile images should be professional and appropriate for a workplace and educational environment

- Browse to image location.
Double click Image to upload.

- Image is uploaded.
Click Remove, to get rid of the image.

Troubleshooting
- They system does time out after inactivity. If it does it may require you to re-log in and start again.
- If you are unable to update Contact details or Image, please contact Talent & Culture.
